Edgar Cushion in Merino Wool Flannel

Edgar is as quintessentially British as his name suggests.

Made in England from 100% Merino Wool Flannel, crafted in small batches in the Lancashire Hills, his texture is reminiscent of the best Saville row cloth money can buy. His handsome olive appearance is juxtaposed by a fine purple pinstripe that gives him an understated rhythm and unexpected punch.

Like all true flannels, Edgar has been through a process called napping, where a cold water treatment and gentle wire brushing of the fabric give him a soft yet durable aspect that has a slightly felted appearance. He is then finished by hand in complementary purple Yorkshire Tweed piping, identical to the fabric of Barnaby Purple, making them the perfect pair. Complete with a 100% heavy weight duck feather cushion pad, also handmade in England, his concealed YKK zip enclosure also allows for the cover to be removed for easy cleaning.
